Mission Statement
This website is dedicated to helping individuals learn how to regain their health. It is a curated space for the inquisitive, the open-minded and those who are tired of the pills, tired of the dead-end diagnoses, tired of feeling tired. It is a space where people can come to learn about detoxification at a cellular level, health restoration and reversing disease and illness. It is for those that are waking up to the realization that there are alternatives out there, those that have been let down by mainstream medicine time and time again, for those that are struggling with a one or more conditions and are ready to stop treating symptoms at the surface level, for those who are ready to dig deeper to the root of it all and actually heal the body at a cellular level. It is a space that hopes to inspire the questions and dialogue that need to be taking place, a space for those are are ready to heal and who are looking for tools to do just that. And ultimately, it’s a space that hopes to be a catalyst in aiding the move from disease-treating, mainstream, allopathic medicine toward the direction of healing the body, healing dis-ease in the body at a holistic level.
The Vision
That while we work on reversing illness and disease on ourselves individually via detoxification, diet, and botanical herbs, we will indirectly and simultaneously working towards changing the global healthcare model from dependence on expensive pharmaceuticals, treating and managing symptoms and band-aid solutions that inevitably don’t work (and keep us dependent and sick), into one of healing naturally, promoting a plant-based diet as preventative medicine, while using botanicals to support and aid the body, and healing the body from a cellular level, reversing disease rather than treating it.
Guiding Principles:
- Health care requires a holistic approach looking at the entire body, lifestyle and dietary factors as well as the environment of the individual.
- Understanding and promoting the need to look at the root cause of disease and illness rather than the traditional, allopathic approach to treating symptoms
- Understanding how the body develops/creates disease, and getting to the root cause of a condition can prevent and/or reverse disease.
- Botanical medicine plays a major role in reversing disease and healing in the body. Herbal medicine is complementary to detoxification as it supports the body and its systems and functions during times of healing and regeneration.
- Recognizing that health encompasses much more than just not getting sick. Dietary and lifestyle factors are major components of health.
- There needs to be a shift from a disease-centric focus in allopathic care to an individual-centered and whole body, holistic approach to medicine.
